We are seeking a Customer Love Admin to support Customer Love Team (Sales Team) deliver high performance, reach the personal & company target.
Your responsibility
Find new quality prospects.
Handle job posting relating tasks.
Handle sales operation tasks such as taking and making notes of coming phone calls, etc;
Occasionally interact with HR key person from Vietnam’s leading IT companies on some assigned tasks.
Support customers is using our site.
Job requirements
Hard skill
CRM Software (e.g., Capsule) – Entering/updating client and lead data accurately.
Sales Admin Support – Preparing proposals, follow-ups, client documentation.
Data Entry & Accuracy – Maintain clean, well-structured sales records.
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace – Use spreadsheets, docs, presentations.
Basic IT & Job Market Awareness – Understand tech job roles and hiring needs.
Professional Communication – Handle internal/external communication clearly.
Lead Qualification Support – Help sales team filter and organize leads.
English Skills – Especially good in reading and writing.
Having data mindset & analysis skills are plus points
Soft skill
Attention to Detail – Accurate data handling and documentation.
Time Management – Organize work efficiently, handle deadlines.
Team Collaboration – Coordinate with Sales, CS, and other functions.
Proactiveness – Anticipate needs and take initiative in admin processes.
Customer Service Mindset – Support internal teams and clients professionally.
