We are seeking an outstanding Digital Marketing Leader to create a scalable performance marketing system for our user base. You will be someone who can guide and expand the team as well as build a strong, scalable user/client acquisition system with high return on investment.

Your main duties and responsibilities

At ITviec, you’ll have full ownership of our paid media budget, create digital campaigns, manage the digital channel mix, develop the ITviec Blog, SEO strategy and optimization, and handle reporting, tracking, and execution with ongoing testing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, propose, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to generate qualified conversions for our products / campaigns, incorporating both organic (SEO), digital campaigns and paid channels (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic, Coccoc, 3rd party paid channels).

  • Be responsible for creating reports, distributing tasks of tracking to team members, setting up tracking systems, supervising data entry and providing analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and traffic to help optimize all campaigns.

  • Supervise Blog Technical Performance to achieve Organic Traffic Growth and collaborate in PDCA framework between MKT team, Product team, Dev team and technical partner.

  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits, retrospectives and execute A/B tests, user testing / feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.

  • Monitor the SEO performance of the ITviec Main Site and Blog, coordinate with SEO consultants, SEO content team, Product team, Dev team to implement optimization tactics.

  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, set up tracking and optimize user experience, conversion rate.

  • Participate in new product / service development projects and in-depth interviews to understand and keep updated with the user persona of ITviec targeted segments.

  • Provide training to related teams to enhance their ability to consistently deliver better optimizations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Define success, lead, motivate, and help build an experimental mindset within the team.

  • Guide feedback for content, design that generates better performance and brand awareness.

  • Direct reports to the Marketing Manager for budget and general management.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven working experience and track record in digital marketing with focus on performance marketing, SEO, SEM

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, marketing database, CRM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Big Query and Looker)

  • Solid knowledge of tracking tools such as GTM

  • Expert in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-oriented and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Knowledgeable about B2B model, across business industries, technology trends, macro and micro economy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization

  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Vietnamese
