Sales Intern & Recruitment Consultant Intern (Full-time, 5 months)

Now, we are expanding our services by launching a new Recruitment Consulting domain, aiming to deliver high-level, consultative hiring solutions for tech professionals and employers. 

As the Sales/Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to reach out and act as a strategic advisor with C-level customers (B2B customers) in the IT/Tech hiring market.

You will have a clear career path to become the Junior Recruitment Consultant after the Internship period, you are far more than a recruiter; you are a catalyst for growth and a true 360-degree partner. Your mission is to create a profound, positive impact for both clients and tech professionals. 

Working hour: Full-time (8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday)

Location: Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Job type: Internship in 5 months

  • Research & develop potential customers (B2B) through many channels.

  • Conduct some relevant research (market, competitors, trends…) to propose the appropriate customer approach strategy.

  • Build and manage customer database on CRM

  • Cold call or meeting with customers to close the deal.

  • Collaborate with Consultant or MKT team to convert new leads.

  • Making the sales proposal, product documents for customer meeting

  • Keep track performance on KPI (leads, meeting, conversion…)

  • Other tasks are assigned by the Manager of Recruitment Service.

Job requirements

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Economics, or IT (advantage).

  • Possesses a business mindset, a desire to earn money, and a commitment to personal development.

  • Excellent communication skills, confident, and willing to make/message calls to customers.

  • Basic knowledge of Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

  • Owns a personal laptop.

  • Proactive, hardworking, and responsible.

  • Able to work full-time.
