We are seeking an outstanding Senior Community & Partnership Specialist who goes beyond event execution and ultimately builds a scalable community where tech talent thrives, businesses earn genuine trust, and opportunities grow organically.

In this strategic role, you will ensure consistent, engaging communication journeys across communication channels in close collaboration with Digital, Content, and Sales teams. You will serve as the bridge between tech talents, businesses, media, and universities, proving that a thriving community is the strongest foundation for sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Nurture the Tech Talent Ecosystem (45%)

Focus: Creating immense value for the community of IT/Tech professionals.

  • Strategic Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of year-round activities (Tech talks, executive roundtable, webinars, offline meetups,...) catering to from developers through to C-level.

  • Content Curation: Collaborate with the Content Team to produce high-quality sessions solving real problems (e.g., AI trends, Salary negotiation), ensuring ITviec is the top-of-mind destination for learning.

  • Build Influencer Networks: Develop and engage a network of Tech KOLs and Mentors. You turn them into our brand advocates and content contributors, ensuring our community always has access to the best minds in the industry.

2. Expand Our Reach & Influence (30%)

Focus: Partnerships and Media relations to grow both B2B & B2C visibility and credibility.

  • Ecosystem Partnership: Act as the bridge between ITviec and the wider world. Build strategic alliances with Tech Media, Universities, Tech Academies and Software Associations to amplify our Share of Voice.

  • Media Relations: Work with journalists to share ITviec’s exclusive market insights including Salary Reports, Hiring Trends, etc. for PR coverage.

3. Drive Business Impact via Community (25%)

Focus: Looking for touch points to transform community trust into business opportunities through value creation.

  • Employer Branding Service: Collaborate with the Content and Sales teams to execute and deliver quality EB services for ITviec’s customers using community building events and activities.

  • Lead Generation Support: Design events that attract decision-makers (HR Directors in Tech industry and Tech Leaders). You create natural touchpoints (polls, surveys, networking sessions,...) to identify their needs and translate them to high-quality MQLs.

  • Solution Education: Use community channels to educate the market about ITviec’s premium services (Talent Connect, Recruitment Consulting Service) in a consultative, non-intrusive way.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in Community Building, Employer Branding, Partnerships, Event Management, or B2B Marketing. Experience in the Tech/Recruitment industry is preferred.

  • Proven track record of organizing and scaling hybrid event series (Webinars & Offline) with 100+ attendees, managing the full lifecycle from event design, agenda setting to post-event analysis.

  • Natural connector: Ability to confidently pitch to C-level executives, negotiate with media partners/sponsors, and warm up shy tech talents. Excellent in balancing interests between internal teams and external partners.

  • Confident as a host/moderator. You represent the face and voice of ITviec in front of hundreds of people.

  • Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using data (CRM, Analytics) to measure ROI, Lead Conversion, and Community Health.

  • Tech-savvy: Genuine curiosity about technology trends (AI, Cloud, Blockchain) to converse effectively with the tech community.

  • Professional fluency in English & Vietnamese (written & spoken). You will be responsible for writing press releases, event scripts, and partnership proposals.

  • "Can-do" attitude: You own the outcome from A to Z, willing to handle small operational details to achieve big strategic goals.

  • Critical thinker: Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • A strong passion for achieving our Vision: “Excite the IT in Vietnam by Great Hiring.”

  • Ability to travel for business objectives e.g. organizing community events in Hanoi.
